If you know where Longbrach Cafe is in Carbondale Mo's isn't hard to find. It is kind of unmarked though. It shares the parking lot facing the rail road tracks with Longbranch. They make the best BBQ and their menu is always changing (that's why it's hand written.)
This has quickly become one of Andrew's (and all of his friends) favorite places to get some good grub.
Ohhhhhh girl. That sandwich looks INTENSE! I haven't ever really been a big BBQ fan, but it's growing on me! What do you like to order when you visit? What kinda sauce do you prefer? I like tangy with a little sweetness over spicy or super sugary. I actually made some BBQ sauce at home last night; I enjoyed being able to whip up a custom flavor.
