Resolutions2: 3rd week of Weight Loss

So far I've given up fast foods, sugary coffee drinks, and chocolate. The first week I didn't use any of my cheats, last week I used 2/3 of my cheats. This week I think I used all of my cheats.I had some chocolate, I made tea with regular sugar, and had Chinese food.


I had Energy Bites by Smashed Peas and Carrots as a healthy snack this week. I think I'll show you how to make them this weekend. Although she does an amazing job. 

I don't really know what else to give up. Instead, I'm going to challenge myself to work out 3 times, before my next post. I think it's the next step to be healthier.
