Sushi is some thing that Rachel and I treat ourselves with on rare occasions. It's no big deal for us to pick up a starbucks on our dinner break, but sushi can get expensive real fast. We've been talking about getting a sushi boat together with Andrew since Valentine's day. We finally took the plunge! It was amazing and just enough for all three of us. Here is the boat in all of it's glory!
Here is an above view so you can see just how loaded it is. Does it look so amazing? We were thrilled with it! They even had a deep fried roll!! (Those are my favorite!!) Do you like sushi? Where do you go?
Soooo, this was probably my favorite sushisperience EVER. There was SUCH a variety of gorgeous looking rolls. You already know I was a liiiiiiittle creeped out by a couple sashimi slices and I DO wish Fuji had better lighting, but I can't really do that much complaining when there's a BOAT of SUSHI in front of me! And I think it's definitely something that needs to happen again!
